Sensorium, 2026

Role: Stylist

This experimental film presents the work of Mexican textile artist Alexia Garza through a dreamlike sensory journey. Following a single girl as she moves through sight, touch, sound, taste, and smell, each sense gradually overtakes her and transforms the space around her. Like doors opening into different worlds, the senses become physical environments, turning sensation into art.

Through prop styling, costume design, and fashion styling, each scene creates its own visual language while remaining connected to Garza’s textile work. The styling supports the surreal, dreamlike atmosphere through subtle whimsical details, unexpected textures, and elements that mimic and blend into the surrounding space. As the girl moves deeper into the experience, the separation between her body, the clothing, the textiles, and the environment begins to disappear.

Rather than simply displaying the artwork, the film creates a world in which Garza’s textiles can be felt and experienced, transforming each sense into an immersive visual encounter.
